Beijing Hanghua Energy Saving and Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is affiliated to China Aerospace Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd. Case Overview
Industry produces a variety of hazardous waste that cannot be treated by biochemical and physical methods, and high-temperature incineration is the only environmentally friendly treatment method. Generally, industrial hazardous waste is mainly in liquid form and becomes "waste liquid" or high boiling material. Its components are mainly CHO organic matter. The waste liquid produced by different devices will also contain Cl, S, N, Na and other metal elements. If these waste liquids are entrusted to qualified units for treatment, the treatment cost per ton of waste liquid is more than 3000 yuan. Such as self-built hazardous waste incineration system, not only can be environmentally friendly treatment of hazardous waste, but also through the recovery of by-product steam to produce certain economic benefits.
Technical principle
① Low NOx combustion technology: through the stage of air distribution to produce a reducing atmosphere, to achieve low emission of pollutants combustion; through the stage of combustion, reduce the flame high temperature singularity, thereby reducing thermal nitrogen oxide emissions.
② High temperature and negative pressure quenching technology: the temperature of the incinerator is controlled at about 1200 ℃, and the high temperature flue gas at the outlet of the incinerator directly enters the graphite quenching tower. The ingenious structural design of the graphite quenching tower enables the flue gas to be instantly quenched within 1 second, and the temperature of the flue gas at the outlet of the quenching tower is below 80 ℃, which effectively controls the generation of dioxins and improves the stability and safety of the operation of the process system.
③ Integrated incineration boiler technology: the new furnace type, the use of the furnace lining outside the membrane wall type, reduce the surface temperature of the furnace lining, while optimizing the furnace lining formula, improve the corrosion resistance of the furnace lining, greatly increasing the service life of the furnace lining. At the same time, the outlet of the incinerator is provided with a radiant heat exchange chamber with a membrane water wall, which reduces the temperature of the flue gas entering the heat exchange screen to below the ash melting point of sodium salt, ensuring that the heat exchange screen of the boiler does not have adhesive sodium salt, thus solving the pain point of blocking the heating surface of the boiler with adhesive sodium salt.
Scope of application
This technology is applicable to the treatment of oil refining, petrochemical, coal chemical, fine chemical, pesticide, pharmaceutical and other industries, the production of intermediate products and end products in the production process of the production device can not be further recycled waste liquid and waste gas. At present, waste liquid and waste gas incineration system has been equipped for VCM, epichlorohydrin, silicone, polysilicon, acrylic acid, acrylonitrile, BDO, maleic anhydride, caprolactam, cyclohexanone, phenol acetone, MTO, poly carbon, polyester, organic fluorine, adipic acid, glyphosate, diglyphosate, methionine and other devices.
Process flow and description
The waste liquid enters the burner of the incinerator through efficient atomization, and is fully and evenly mixed with the oxygen in the combustion-supporting air in the high temperature environment of the incinerator furnace, so that the organic matter is oxidized and decomposed into harmless CO2 and H2O, and other elements are converted into small molecules that are easy to be absorbed and removed, such as HCl, HF, SO2, NOx, Na2CO3, etc. The high temperature flue gas of not less than 1100 ℃ recovers heat energy through the waste heat boiler, and the high quality steam required by the user is produced, which produces certain economic benefits. After the flue gas through deacidification, dust removal, denitration and other further purification treatment, to achieve environmental protection standards.
Main technical parameters
The temperature in the high temperature section of the incinerator is ≥ 1100 ℃, the residence time of flue gas is ≥ 2.0s, the oxygen content of flue gas (dry flue gas and chimney sampling port) is 6-15%, the combustion efficiency is ≥ 99.9, the incineration removal rate is ≥ 99.99, the thermal burning reduction rate is <5%, the concentration of carbon monoxide in flue gas is <50mg/m3, the concentration of particulate matter is <10mg/m3, the concentration of nitrogen oxide is <100mg, hydrogen fluoride concentration <2.0mg/m3, hydrogen chloride concentration <50mg/m3, dioxins <0.5ngTEQ/Nm3.
Economic indicators
Cost per ton of waste liquid treated. When there is residual heat recovery in the process, the self-built incineration device can make a profit of about 500 yuan per ton of waste liquid processed.
Project demonstration and application
① Waste liquid incineration system of VCM plant in chlor-alkali plant of Sinopec Qilu Branch, construction site in Zibo City, Shandong Province, completed in 2017, with proprietary design and supply of equipment.
② Shandong Xincheng Amino Acid Co., Ltd. pesticide intermediate device incineration system, construction site in Weifang City, Shandong Province, completed in 2018, EPC general contracting.
③ Incineration system of organic fluorine production unit of Sanaifu Zhonghao New Materials Co., Ltd., built in Changshu City, Jiangsu Province, completed in 2016, EP general contracting.
