Flare System
BAEEC specializes in EPC project services, flare engineering consulting and technological retrofit etc. of all kinds of multi-stack elevated flare, demountable elevated flare, enclosed ground flare, multi-burner staged flare and flare gas recovery system etc. Our company has provided nearly 300 sets of flare systems in domeatic and overseas with 100% success rate of first time operation and no safety accidents.
Technical capacities:
Can process hydrogen, alkanes, alkenes, alkynes, benzene, ethylbenzene, H2S, ammonia, HCN and other single or mixed components of the flare gas, combustion efficiency ≥98%;
With a sound test platform, ignition system and torch burner test can be carried out;
Elevated torch: the maximum treatment capacity is 2000 t/h, the maximum emission specification DN2200, the height is 160m.
Enclosed ground torch maximum processing capacity 560 t/h, maximum emission specification DN1600, four cylindera in parallel.
Multi-point ground flare: Maximum processing capacity: 2200t/h, the classification capacity is 23 levels, maximum diacharge size: DN2100.
Ignition method is advanced and reliable. Success rate of ignition reached 100%.
Aerospce-proprietary combuation technology is applied to pilot burner with low fuel gad consuption (1-1.5 Nm3/h), strong flame, wind resistance not less than 160km/h and rain resistance not less than 50mm/h.
Aerospace-proprietary fluid injection technology is applied to smoke suppression technology and smoke suppression is less than Ringlemanemittance I.

Ground Flare
Our burner has multiple structures including low-pressure type, high-pressure type, high-hydrogen type, high-hydrocarbon type etc. We have different full set smoke suppression scheme including steam combustion-supporting scheme, air combustion-supporting scheme and pressure combustion-supporting scheme etc.

The flaregas recover system
The flaregas recover system is used to balance the random fluctuation of the amount of the combustible gas diacharged in the whole plant, which achieves the recovering offlare gas and put out the flame in normal working conditions.
