Job Title: Thermal Engineer

Number of people required: 2

Education requirements: Bachelor and above

Working years: more than 3 years

Responsibilities:

1. Cooperate with the marketing department in the early bidding and technical support in the scheme stage;

2. According to the task assignment requirements, complete the project plan phase work;

3. Be responsible for the thermal calculation, parts drawing design and proofreading of thermal equipment (incinerator, hot blast stove, boiler, etc.) projects, including the change and adjustment of the scheme. Assist the Project Manager and other departments to coordinate with the Design Institute and the Owner and provide corresponding technical support;

4. Be responsible for the installation guidance, debugging and after-sales service of thermal equipment, and actively cooperate with the project manager and relevant disciplines to solve the on-site related problems of the project.

Requirements:

1. Male, able to bear hardships and stand hard work, able to undertake long-term travel requirements, design institute experience is preferred;

2. More than 3 years of industrial furnace, burner design experience; or engaged in the design work in the boiler plant, with more than 2-3 years of design experience is preferred;

3. Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks and other drawing software; Other abilities are best to have SW, ANSYS, Fluent, programming, etc;

4. Experience in mechanical design or container design;

5. The boiler professional separate requirements are as follows:

Have the ability of boiler thermal calculation, hydrodynamic calculation and smoke and wind resistance calculation; Have the ability of boiler heating surface design and steel structure design; It is better to have the drawing ability of boiler and be able to independently complete the general drawing of boiler and drawings of various parts. Master the strength design and steel structure design software ability; More than one of the above conditions is preferred;

6. 211 and 985 university graduates are preferred.

Requirements:

2. Industrial waste incineration treatment related engineering design, operation experience is preferred;

Job title: automatic control engineer

Number of people required: 2

Responsibilities:

1. Cooperate with the marketing department in the early bidding and technical support in the scheme stage;

2. Responsible for the electrical schematic diagram, automatic control construction drawing design and hardware selection in the project design;

3. Responsible for the preparation and debugging of PLC program in project design;

4. Cooperate with the purchasing department for technical support during the project procurement phase;

5. Be responsible for the electrical and automatic control post-technical services at the project site.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years working experience in electrical and industrial automation;

2. Proficient in electrical schematic diagram, construction drawing design and hardware selection, skilled use of CAD and other drawing software;

3. Familiar with Siemens PLC programming and feedback control, can independently design and write PLC control program, proficient in PLC programming software;

4. Can guide the construction and installation of on-site instruments, and independently carry out instrument debugging of equipment;

5. Familiar with explosion-proof design of electrical system is preferred;

Job Title: Burner Engineer

Quantity required: 1 person

Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for completing the pre-market technical exchange, scheme formulation, bidding and contract signing of some regular burners;

2. Master the product design process, skillfully use the design software AUTOCAD, and be responsible for completing the specific design work of the regular burner project and the combined burner project;

3. Be responsible for the maintenance and renovation of regular burners and market maintenance, coordinate the maintenance and renovation tasks, maintain good customer relations and maintain long-term maintenance tasks;

4. Responsible for all production coordination of the project, deal with quality problems in the process.

Requirements:

1. Combustion, thermal energy, material science related professional foundation;

3. Have a certain burner design experience is preferred, good at communication, not afraid to travel, have a certain market awareness;

Quantity required: 1 person

Responsibilities:

1. Cooperate with the marketing department in the early bidding and technical support in the scheme stage;

2. Responsible for the selection and design of dust removal system for tail gas treatment of various incineration projects;

3. Master the design principles, methods, technical requirements and related manufacturing requirements of the equipment in charge, be able to undertake the installation and debugging guidance work, and be able to analyze and solve various problems in the operation of the equipment, and continuously optimize the design to improve the operating performance of the equipment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in thermal engineering, chemical machinery or similar major, with chemical principle, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, pressure vessel, numerical analysis and other professional foundation;

2. Proficient in using CAD, SW6, Fluent, etc. or similar software;

3. Engineering design of boiler flue gas dust removal system and equipment;
